Alzheimer’s Wing
Opening Summer 2008 –
A specialised wing of our Nursing Home, offering a bright and secure environment, provides the most up to date care servces for our Residents with Alzheimers or Dementia. Ongoing, our experienced staff will engage best practice care methods and care services to ensure that our Residents live as full and active a life as possible.
We encourage involvement from family and friends from the very beginning and on-going, as we see this as key to ensuring that our staff really understand the person whom they will be caring for, and that our care plans are most appropriate.
While ensuring a warm, comfortable and homely environment, we are extremely security conscious at Elm Green and have all the best systems available to us. All security features will be fully discussed with new Residents and their families.
